St. Bernadette School uses the TADS online enrollment and tuition billing service. Tuition payments for the following school year begin in May and end in April in the following calendar year.

Please note that TADS assesses an annual processing fee for use of the service as follows:

• Families who choose to make a single payment in full will incur a $40 fee.
• For payment plans of 12 installments a $55 fee will be applied. The fee is applied to the first tuition invoice in May.
• There is a $50 late fee automatically applied to families who do not make payment within the 5-day grace period. 
• These fees are assessed by TADS, not St. Bernadette School. Please contact TADS directly with any questions.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment conducts the financial need analysis for the Office of Catholic Education in the Philadelphia Archdiocese. Visit the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Schools website for more information on FACTS and Tuition Assistance

The St. Bernadette Business Office will receive confirmation of eligibility from FACTS before the end of the school fiscal year on July 1st and the business office will contact applicants at that time. SCRIP gift card purchases turn everyday purchases into tuition credits for St. Bernadette School. SCRIP purchases can help reduce your tuition obligation, as each gift card you purchase at face value creates a rebate applied to your tuition. These gift cards include a variety of participating grocery and retail stores. Consistent participation on the SCRIP program can significanlty reduce the amount that you pay for tuition.
