Students in grades 2 through 7 participate in the Archdiocesan Terra Nova standardized testing program each spring. These tests measure both academic achievement and ability. The purpose of the test is to see how well students are progressing. They are also an assessment of how well the school accomplishes its task of teaching the curriculum. No undue pressure should be exerted on students concerning this test, but it is advisable to make sure they have sufficient sleep in preparation for the test. Parents will receive their child’s testing results in late spring.
