  • You should then click on  Schedule or Manage Appointment and complete the required information.
  • Payment is to be made at the time of the fingerprinting

  • Once you receive your copy of this certificate please forward a copy to the Please print & forward a copy of this certificate to the Parish Office in the Rectory.
  • Renewal is required every 5 years.
