Continuous Enrollment does not apply to Current Pre-K 3 families. Pre-K 3 families will receive a separate enrollment link from TADS prior to our general open enrollment in January to choose a Pre-K 4 schedule for next school year.
All current Pre-K 4 - 7th grade families in *academic and financial good standing*, will be automatically enrolled for the upcoming school year unless the the online opt-out form below is completed before the designated opt out deadline in January of the current school year, which is prior to the open enrollment period each year during Catholic Schools Week.
*Unresolved academic issues and outstanding tuition balances may impact re-enrollment for the upcoming school year and could possibly hinder your child's enrollment for the remainder of this school year.
To register a new student/sibling for next school year, log on to the TADS enrollment website on Sunday during our Catholic Schools Week Open House scheduled at the end of January each year to submit a new student application. Apply online early in the year to avoid being placed on a waitlist as classes will fill quickly.` Applications for siblings of current students will be given priority attention.
As part of the continuous enrollment program, a discounted non-refundable registration fee will be applied to your TADS account in late January and must be paid by February 10th each year to avoid late fees and secure your spot.
All families should log into TADS regardless of your payment method/schedule to ensure your registration fee has been processed and paid accurately. Please contact TADS directly if you have questions about how your payment is processed.
Billing Agreements for the new school year are accessible in TADS on approximately April 1st each year. At that time TADS will send an email indicating that your Tuition Agreement is ready for review and setup on your end. All families must set up a new billing agreement and select a monthly billing date and method for next school year.
Tuition payments for the new school year start each year in May on your selected payment date.
We highly encourage all families to thoroughly review SBS tuition, TADS assessment fees and financial assistance information each year prior to enrollment.
Prior to the start of each school year all families must review the online handbook and complete an online Handbook Acknowledgement as well as other required forms that must be printed and sent in on the first day of school each year.
