The following information applies to Current Pre-K 3 through 7th grade students enrolling for next school year:
As a convenience to families, St. Bernadette School has instituted a "Continuous Enrollment" model for students who are currently enrolled in our school. This process makes re-enrollment simpler and more convenient for current school families. Continuous Enrollment also aids in advance budget planning and assists in providing financial stability to St. Bernadette.
St. Bernadette families currently enrolled in grades Pre-K4 through 7 will no longer have to complete a registration form or log into the TADS system to re-enroll for the next academic year, unless they opt-out by the January 17th deadline (see below). By automatically registering your student(s) for the next year, we hope to save you time and trouble as well as lessen hundreds of school administrative hours.
Your early registration fee will be automatically billed to your TADS account in early February and must be paid by the date specified by TADS in order to avoid late fees and to confirm your enrollment. At that time you must go into your TADS account and set up your tuition agreement payment plan before May of the coming school year. This will ensure your account remains in good standing in order for your student to return for the coming school year as well as avoiding any late fees that could be asssessed after the 12 month payment plan begins starting in the month of May.
PLEASE NOTE: The parents of current Pre-K 3 students will receive a separate email communication in early January from St. Bernadette School outlining the enrollment process for the Pre-K 4 program. Rising PreK-4 families will receive a specific enrollment link from TADS sent to the primary email address listed in the TADS system to secure a spot in either a full- or part-time Pre-K 4 class and to designate the number of school days per week desired for the following school year.
Currently enrolled Pre-K 4 through 7th grade students in good academic, disciplinary and financial standing who plan to attend St. Bernadette School for the following school will be automatically , re-enrolled and an early registration fee will be automatically billed to your TADS tuition account in February to be paid before February 15th to avoid late fees, if
If your child does not plan on returning to St. Bernadette School for the following school year you must opt-out during the annual re-enrollment period no later than January 17th by completing the online opt out form (a link to the opt out form will be available on this page during the designated opt out period)
TADS will apply an annual fee of $20 to families who choose to make one payment and a $55 fee for 12 installments to the first invoice of the new school year in May. Also, TADS will automatically apply a $40 late fee to families who do not make payment within a 5-day grace period of their billing date. St. Bernadette does not receive these funds. These fees are subject to change annually; please contact TADS directly with question or issues regarding user and late fees.

If you are in academic, disciplinary and financial good standing and do not opt-out of enrollment by January 17th; a discounted early registration fee will be applied to your TADS account in early February regardless of your regular tuition billing date. If you wish to opt-out of continuous enrollment for any reason and withdraw your child/children from St. Bernadette School, please complete the fields below and submit by January 17th. We encourage you to contact the Principal or Business Manager if there is an issue or concern that we might be able to help with prior to completing the form. All students in academic, disciplinary and financial good standing who do not opt-out by The designated deadline will be enrolled for the next school year and an early registration fee will be automatically billed to your TADS account in early February which must be paid by February 15th regardless of your regular tuition billing date.
Your completed opt out form will be digitally sent to the Principal. Please remember that student records and transcripts are not released for withdrawn students until all current fees are paid and school owned property including text books and technology are returned in good condition.If you are planning to opt-out, please complete the fields below no later than January 17th or your student will be re-enrolled next school and your TADS account will be billed accordingly.
