New students may apply online through our TADS online application system by selecting "Fall 2024-25"

Please be prepared to supply the following required documents when you submit your application:

• Upload a copy of your student's birth certificate to the TADS enrollment website

• Catholics should upload a copy of their baptismal certificate to the TADS enrollment website, if not baptised at St. Bernadette of Lourdes Parish, for sacramental records 

• Upload your student's Immunization records to the TADS enrollment website.

• Once your online application has been submitted and you have supplied the necessary documentation you should receive an email notification regarding acceptance within 2 weeks. Further details regarding the online enrollment requirements are listed below:

• If you and/or your student(s) have not toured the school, please contact Mrs. Maureen Booth in the school office at [email protected] to set up a tour and meet with our principal. Students in older grades (typically second grade and above) may schedule a shadow day as COVID19 safety plan protocols allow

• Upon acceptance you will be sent a registration link from the TADS website. After you complete your registration and submit the fee online, the TADS website will generate a link for you to set up an online tuition billing plan, typically within 24 hours or f completing your registration online.

• Pre-Kindergarten 3: 3 years of age years of age by August 31st
• Pre-Kindergarten 4: 4 years of age by August 31st
• Kindergarten: 5 years of age by August 31st

• DPT (Diptheria/Pertussis/Tetanus): Four (4) required, with one after age 4
• Polio (OPV/IPV): Four (4) required, with one after age 4
• MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella): Two (2) required, with the first does on or after age 1
• Hepatitis B: Three (3) required, must be properly spaced
• Varicella (Chicken Pox): Two (2) required, the first dose on or after age 1 or history of disease (must provide date)

Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an email regarding completion of online enrollment through the TADS enrollment system. The following is required before your student will be officially enrolled in St. Bernadette School

• Non-refundable Registration Fee (payable online)

• Upper Darby School District Private Dental Report for grades K, 1, 3, 7 (print the form from the TADS enrollment site and upload to the site after completed by dentist)

• Upper Darby School District Private Physical Examination for grades K, 1, 6. (print the form from the TADS enrollment site and upload to site after completed by physician)

• Release of Student Records Form, if transferring from grades 1-8. (print the form from the TADS enrollment site and upload to site after completed by parent/guardian)

• Teacher Reference Form, if transferring from grades 1-8. (print from the TADS enrollment site and upload to site after completed by teacher)

• Principal or Guidance Counselor Reference Form, if transferring from grades 1-8. (print from the TADS enrollment site and upload to site after completed by principal or guidance counselor)

• Copy of current Report Card or Progress Report, if transferring from grades 1-8.  (upload to enrollment site)

• The following is required unless the student is currently attending an Archdiocesan School:

  • If applicable, psychological and/or educational test results  (upload to TADS enrollment site)

  • Standardized test results  (upload to TADS enrollment site)

• A letter of Release from your Pastor is necessary if your family is registered at a local parish in the Archdiocese that has an elementary school (upload to enrollment site
