St. Bernadette of Lourdes
Lunch Bunch Program

Parents may sign their child/children up for the Lunch Bunch Program which includes an extended day of lunch, provided by the parent, and supervised play and activities with their St. Bernadette friends. Two Lunch Bunch Moderators will be present at all times to ensure the proper staffing and safety for the child/children. The program operates out of the Wright Center.

Availability: This program is available to any child who attends the 3 or 4 year old Preschool Program or half Day Kindergarten

Cost:	$7 per hour OR $14 per session 11:30AM-1:30PM
	$7 per hour OR $22 per session 11:30AM-2:45pm(3:00 pm if staying for Cares)

Reservations/Payment: Reservations for Lunch Bunch are accepted monthly or weekly. Advance notice is required and will be accepted with a minimum of 24 hour notice. There are no same day sign ups or emergency days.

Reservations can be made using the Monthly LB Calendar or by using the LB Reservation Form found on the school website.

The form and appropriate payment amount should be in an envelope marked LUNCH BUNCH and returned to school in the child’s folder or to the school office.

Pick-Up: Parents are to come to the Wright Center side entrance, Harper Avenue side, near the Building Blocks to pick up children leaving for the day. The parent must enter the building & sign out the child/children.

Absences: If a child is going to be absent, the parent is to notify the school. The office will notify the Lunch Bunch Coordinator.

Credits: Credits will be issued for prepaid days not used. Credits must be used within 30 days.
